We are a librarian for supplement research, not a doctor. We aggregate what published science actually says about an ingredient, show you who makes the stuff to a high standard, and tell you what it costs. We do not diagnose, interpret symptoms, or make personalised health recommendations. That is a line we keep on purpose.

ALDR Ltd is an independent UK operating company founded by Archie Roberts. We take no money from supplement brands for placement. Where we earn affiliate revenue, we disclose it and it does not influence verification scores.
